Boot Camp combines cardio, strength, flexibility and agility all into one class. We use a non-military style of boot camp drills including, sprints, push-ups, abdominals, basic calisthenics, and weight training. Guaranteed to create rapid body-changing results. Each class consists of a warm-up, boot camp circuits, abdominal exercises, and a cool down.
