Mirror Image Fitness and Wellness, LLC was founded by nationally recognized fitness experts, identical twin sisters, Charmaine and Elaine Davis. After 20 years in corporate america, the twins decided to follow their passions in fitness and wellness. They receive much pleasure in assisting people to achieve their goals. The twins have been featured in Black Enterprise and Essence Magazines. The identical twin sisters are also the founders and coaches of the Fit and Fun Adventure Boot Camp in Silver Spring, Maryland. Avid runners, the twins participate annually in the local Army 10 mile and Marine Corps Marathon races. The twins collectively bring to you over two decades of fitness expertise, and use this expertise to design client-centric programs in accordance with their philosophy: to reduce the functional age of each and every client. The combination of Charmaine and Elaine's formal education, practical experience, ability to motivate, and fun approach to exercise have made their classes very exciting, effective, and popular.
