Gregg lost 1 inch off his waist and 5% body fat!

Gregg is going strong in bootcmap!  He lost 1 inch off his waist and 5% body fat.  He lost a significant amount of fat in his chest and stomach!  He lost a modest 2 pounds, but the body fat decrease is significant!  We expect him to lose more weight as well as body fat during the April camp, which is outside!

Not sure if I am getting my sexy back ..maybe my x-e ...I got a long way to go before I can say I got anything close to getting my sexy back. Well this morning was my first day working out ...on the outside with the twins. Now this is my second month of bootcamp. I was just thinking yeah G you got this thing under control now. You have no problem getting up at 5 AM every day going to a nice warm workout studio with cool people and getting your exercise on for an hour. This morning I learned what the BOOT in Bootcamp REALLY MEANS! I got to the site at 5:30 and there they were --in the dark--looking like two little generals! After greeting me with a "good morning" Their whole demeanor changed! They told me "now run around the whole school grounds and meet my sister at the top of that long ass --steep ass hill where you will do pushups and dips! After that they said now that you have warmed up (warmed up!!??-I was ready for bed!) I want you to run up those steep flight of stairs --at the top you will do 15 high leg lifts... then come back and you will do various weight lifting exercises -- then you will run down to the stop sign (about 200 yards to and from) and oh by the way you will do that series THREE TIMES! This went on for almost an hour! On the third time through this torture I was thinking to myself "I wonder if they will miss me if just got into my truck and went home! Of course I did not do that but I was surely thinking about it! These ladies are really remarkable ...they put the fit into fitness training! They were telling me that the comedian Huggy Lowdow was thinking about joining the camp. Well Huggy...Huggy....Huggy my brother you better be ready to rock-I assure you that you will have alot of new material for your morning skits messing with these sisters! So that was my first day of REAL bootcamp. I will keep you all posted on what happens the rest of the month (to think today is only the 6th!). I bet you right now the two of them are sitting somewhere together planning new things for us to do! They love it! On a serious note: If you stick with this program I gaurantee you that you will feel better have more energy and maybe even get your sexy back! Just know ..like I said these sisters are all business when it comes to this stuff. Oh one more thing.... when I got back home this morning from the training I called work and told them I would be in a little late..then I took a shower and an hour NAP!

You think what we have been doing outside is rough...wait till we get a real track workout...but I know you will be ready. You are right..they are very serious. I went to the Thursday Zumba class and that was amazing too. Aside from the incredible workout...it was a major stress reliever.

Just got back from this morning's training .... Got master the running segments ...very tough .....At least I don't need a nap this morning ...I guess that is progress...Hey Huggy still looking for ya bra!

Friday completed our 2nd week of bootcmap, so we're halfway through. I was quite impressed with the number of participants who showed up despite the weather! We had a fun, fantastic cardio day. But I'm wondering...Gregg's hamstring started bothering him during the relay race. His team was in first place, he was the last leg, so all he had to do was keep the lead (no pressure), but VALERIE was gaining on him....hmmmm what do you think?

Yeah I had a minor blowout at the end of the race but We still prevailed and that is the great thing about team sports we rely on each other to go for the gold!

This Morning I really wanted to stay in bed. I went to camp and had a great workout. Today was leg day. My legs are feeling very good this morning. On my very first blog I talked about the ten signs that I knew I needed to start seriously exercising. One sign was that when I put on my slacks the clasp said to the hook: " hey hook have not scene you for a while we need to get back together". Well this morning I am happy to report the hook and the clasp of my slacks got together and very easily! The program is working yall!
