What is the Maryland Fit and Fun Adventure Boot Camp?
The Fit and Fun Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week comprehensive fitness and weight loss program of fitness instruction, food modification, nutritional counseling, & motivational training provided by The Fitness Twins.
Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcomed. Families, teens and pre teens are also welcomed. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
We are conveniently located in Silver Spring, MD. Morning camps are held at Sligo Middle School, 1401 Dennis Avenue. Evening camps are held at the Fitness Twins Exercise Studio, 2415-A Ennalls Avenue. During winter months, all camps are held at the Fitness Twins Exercise Studio. Bring weights, a mat, and a towel. If you need weights and/or a mat Click to add 5 lb weights or a mat to your order for under $30. We will have them for you on your first day.
Morning boot camp meets Monday through Friday for one hour, 5:45-6:45am. Evening boot camp meets Tuesday and Thursday for one hour, 7–8pm. Camp begins promptly, so participants are encouraged to arrive on time.
We strongly emphasize body fat reduction. A reduction in body fat and an increase in lean muscle results in fewer inches and greater strength. You'll also love the way you look and feel. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to meet great people who share your goals. Each camper who completes the camp will receive a boot camp t-shirt. Other gifts are also awarded throughout camp for various accomplishments.
The cost is very affordable! Each 4 week, 5 day boot camp costs just $299. Each 4 week, 3-day boot camp costs just $189. 2 Day evening camp costs just $125.

Refund Policy
"No refunds. You may defer an entire camp, but you may not carry days from one session to another. If you miss days during a session, you must make up those days within your 4 week session. You can attend morning or evening camps to make up, but it must be within the same 4 week session. You can also attend group exercises classes as make up classes. We do not permit carrying over days to other camps".
