Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Some of our participants just need to jump-start their fitness and wellness program. Some are tired of the same old routine and are looking for a new challenge and refreshing way to stay fit. Most of our campers have some history of exercise, but it's not required. We make the program just right for your ability level. Remember, ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE ACCEPTED and ENCOURAGED!

How many people are in each camp?
This number usually varies from 15-30. Camps fill fast, so register early!

What do I need?
All you need is 5 to 8 pound weights, a mat, water, and a positive attitude. No weights? No problem! Click to add 5 lb weights or a mat  to your order for under $30. We will have them for you on your first day.

Will I be sore sometimes? Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!

What is a typical day like at boot camp?
We do not have typical days. You can expect a mixture of cardio exercises, some running (less than a mile), light weight-training, mat work, jumping rope, and sports-related games. Each day is designed to be fun and different – a new adventure every day.

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's not uncommon to see as much as 3-8 pounds of weight loss after the first week. Remember, everyone is different!

Is there a refund policy?
We have a no refund policy unless special circumstances exist. You may defer an entire camp, but you may not carry days from one session to another. If you miss days during a session, you must make up those days within your 4 week session. You can attend morning or evening camps to make up, but it must be within the same 4 week session. You can also attend group exercises classes as make up classes. We do not permit carrying over days to other camps.
