Charmaine and Elaine are The Fit and Fun Fitness Twins
 
Nationally recognized fitness experts, Elaine and Charmaine, are the founders of Mirror Image Fitness and Wellness LLC. The twins have been featured in Black Enterprise and Essence Magazines. The identical twin sisters are also the founders and coaches of the Fit and Fun Adventure Boot Camp in Silver Spring, Maryland. Avid runners, the twins participate annually in the local Army 10 mile and Marine Corps Marathon races. The twins collectively bring to you over two decades of fitness expertise, and use this expertise to design client-centric programs in accordance with their philosophy: to reduce the functional age of each and every client. The combination of Charmaine and Elaine's formal education, practical experience, ability to motivate, and fun approach to exercise have made their camps very exciting, effective, and popular.
